I grew up in the South Bronx. First in my family to go to college. My mom taught me two things early: how to stretch a dollar, and how to keep my head up no matter what room I walked into. When you start from there, you learn fast - no one is handing you anything. You either figure it out or you don't. I figured it out.

CHAPTER 02 - SILICON VALLEY

Where the Methodology Was Built.

I got recruited to LinkedIn, then Google, then Uber, then Tesla. I wasn't advising from the outside. I was inside the room, building revenue infrastructure, leading teams, owning the number. $600M+ in career revenue impact isn't a stat I calculated - it's what the spreadsheets said when the fiscal years closed.

CHAPTER 03 - THE PIVOT

I burned out. Not metaphorically - I ended up in the emergency room. Twelve-hour days, chasing someone else's definition of success. So I stopped.
